This concept has opened my eyes and made me realize that I have no time to waste. I must treat each second as if I will not get another one. Now, it is time to live in the moment. The past cannot be changed, but the past does not need to be changed if you capitalized on each second. The future has not arrived yet, so why worry about something you cannot control? The only thing you can control is the present.
